Why Whole Inside™ Program

Women. We invest so much on our assets and appearance, yet how much do we invest in our emotional experience?

In 20+ entrepreneurial career building platforms for women, I have  gotten to know tens of thousands of you through my S.H.E. Summit conferences, book, podcast, coaching, workshops and Girl’s to Mom’s Night Outs events. More profoundly I have gotten to know your inner-world of struggle, pain and experience. I have lived these challenges also and now I want to give you everything I have learned to lead it, not be led by it :

Our time is constantly stretched-- we feel we can never measure up to our “expectations of whole self”

Some of us know we deserve more but we are too scared to change so we settle for mediocrity and safety

If we are in a transition (in mid-life, a new location, loss of a loved one etc) -- we struggle hard with our sense of identity

Social media and technology have produced a productivity-addiction and comparison culture

With unprecedented anxiety and depression in our youth, parents feel they need to be present, attuned and affirming to raise children to feel seen and heard while balancing the concern of fragility in a world that requires so much resilience

Hybrid working has had tremendous benefits of offering flexibility but isolation from community and connection has been detrimental

Add to this a pandemic plus society’s racial, economic, health crisis---people are challenged in unprecedented ways… our culture is surviving, not thriving

Mental health has become the Surgeon General's leading health concern in the U.S.

The energy & culture your children experience

Renowned physicial and expert on childhood development and trauma, NY Times bestselling author of the Myth of Normal  Dr. Gabor Maté says:

  • The more stressed parents are, the more developmental problems you will find in kids
  • The electrical circuitry of a child’s brain is programmed by the mother’s emotional state.
  • We are not talking about individual parental failure, Mate said. We live in a society… that completely destroys the parenting environment and then we have all these kids in trouble and we medicate them. The parents come home stressed from work, spend little time with their children and are isolated from friends and family.

Claudia Chan’s coaching work provides a blueprint for addressing one of the most urgent issues of our time–gender equality–on both a personal and societal level. She will transform any person or organization who wants to start a movement that empowers women.”

“Claudia has been my Wizard of Oz, she guided me back home which is the best version of me.”

Jean Kristensen– CEO of a multi-7 figure consulting business in supply chain diversity

When I met Claudia I was deep in the chaos of corporate life. I moved quickly and I was getting rewarded but I wasn’t happy.  I was deep in the “perform, conform, produce” cycle and frankly I was losing who I was and my happiness.  Having Claudia as a coach was a lifeline and validation that I was hitting up on the system, and it wasn’t me. She brought me to a my new life.

Deepa Purushothaman, Former Head of Inclusion at Deloitte, Author: The Few, The First, The Only: How Women of Color Can Redefine Power in Corporate America

The coaching we had has completely empowered me to make the moves I so deeply needed to make since that very day, from closing my boutique to focusing on just the perfume and candles and slowly planting all of the seeds for my future. Over the course of the last 3 years, the seeds you planted start growing, then growing rapidly and now they are flourishing. I remember so many things about that day, and I revisit our conversation very often as I remind myself to stay focused and clear on my path.

— Sage Machado, Owner of Sage Perfumes
