Claudia Chan
Award Winning Serial Entrepreneur. NY Times Celebrated Author. Keynote Speaker. Podcast Host. Creator of Movements. Instigator of Changemakers. Wife. Mother. Believer.Hello! I am a 48-year-old wife and mother of two who has dedicated half of my life to empowering women and the cultures they work and live in. My B2B company S.H.E GLOBL has focused on coaching entrepreneurs and corporations to be the changemakers. In the last decade, my annual S.H.E. Summit has convened 600 renowned speakers and activisits with over 400 companies, such as Morgan Stanley, ESPN, Google, Bacardi Global, and PepsiCo.

Mom Was Super Woman
- I grew up watching my mother manage all work and family duties, and assumed women were valued equal to men

My 1st Woman’s Company
- After 9/11 when I was 25, I co-founded what became America’s # 1 entertainment event Shecky’s Girls Night Out. We hosted events for women in over 40+ cities throughout the year, complete with sponsors, shopping, and cocktails
Age 30-35
Struggle
- I was struggling with the 2000’s ‘Sex and the City’ era. I had tremendous earning and material success, including TV appearances. But there was a void. Reading Half the Sky encouraged me to take the action I needed to make and leave the company I co-created. I was ready to trade in cocktails, shopping and events for something more meaningful

My 2nd Woman’s Company
- I initially launched ClaudiaChan.com, sharing stories and advice of female role models to inspire women. Shortly after, I launched S.H.E. Summit, which included speakers who were top thought leaders, executives, celebrities, and more to inspire our audience of thousands of women

This is How We Rise
- I wrote my first book This Is How We Rise to inspire and teach people how to become a changemaker in a practical way, for issues they experienced. It launched my speaking and coaching business with Fortune companies including: Morgan Stanley, ESPN, Aflac, American Express, Bacardi and PepsiCo and more. An online course was later created to allow a deeper dive on the material
2023
ClaudiaChan.com and My Inner Circle
- When Covid hit in 2020, I took my programs online and surveyed thousands of ambitious women to truly understand their invisible, mental and emotional labor. I realized I need to spend my next decade coaching women to build success on wellbeing, not burn-out. My Inner Circle was born
